Like everyone else we do have some Terms of Service. Please do read them before you purchase and get in touch with us if there’s anything you’re concerned about.

None of our Terms of Service affect your statutory rights.

These Terms of Service apply to all sales via our website.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:

Nearly all of our products for sale have been salvaged and will be clearly described as such. It is likely their condition will reflect where they have come from and any significant wear, markings, etc. will be highlighted. We have deemed these products worthy of sale and do not consider them damaged or faulty, unless specifically stated. If you want more details on any product please contact us before purchasing. By buying from FLONELLI, you agree to accept the products as they are photographed and described. Once the product has been delivered, FLONELLI cannot be held responsible for any deterioration or damage through usage, by the recipient. Please contact us before ordering, if you have any questions related to any product.

 

MEASUREMENTS:

We provide approximate dimensions of items.

To clarify, our objects are measured by (Length) x (Width) x (Height)

 

PRICES:

All prices include delivery.

 

PAYMENTS:

FLONELLI accepts payment via PayPal and stripe. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can also use all major credit cards, via PayPal.

In the unlikely event, that there is an error in payment of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withhold your order until payment has been received.

 

DELIVERY:

If previously arranged, all items large or small can be collected from us in Wolverhampton. Alternatively we will arrange delivery anywhere in the UK with royal mail or through one of our couriers.

We are happy to package items together, if safe to do so. Please contact us with product details to see if this is possible.

Delivery and postage prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery. We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please just email us for a quote. Any customs or import charges levied on overseas deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the goods are damaged in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order after it has left our department.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it within 14 days. Please email with “RETURN” and give details and wait for a confirmation email. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item (a fee may apply).

After receiving the product we will give you a full refund on the product. We require you to pay for the postage.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel within 12 hours of your purchase. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

All bespoke items require a deposit. If you have already paid a deposit, you can cancel your order but the deposit is none refundable.

 

WEBSITE:

We make every effort to show every product as accurately as possible but due to limitations and differences between monitors there may be slight colour differences to those displayed.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website however it is possible some errors may occur. We will make every effort to rectify any errors as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Any material downloaded or obtained from our website is done so entirely at your own risk.

Our Terms of Service do not affect your statutory rights.

 

LIABILITY

Please note, that whilst we will make every effort and take reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply, when accessing or ordering from the FLONELLI website.

If you receive goods that are either damaged, defective, or you recieve the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will then arrange to refund the costs of the goods and any shipping costs, once returned and received back to FLONELLI, unless we inform you that the return is not necessary.

We do not accept any liability for any errors and/or omissions contained on our website and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of products listed, at any time and without notice.

We strive to give the most accurate information we can, relating to dimensions, condition and age of the product, but can give no guarantee as to the accuracy of this information. Many of the pieces we sell are salvaged and may show age related wear, consistent with their age and use.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by our withdrawing any product from this site, whether or not that product has been sold.

FLONELLI cannot be held responsible or liable for your use of any websites that are accessible from this website, as we do not have any control or responsibility for these. Any such links should not be viewed as an endorsement or an affiliation with FLONELLI.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

Unless required to by law, your details will never be passed to a third party for any reason. We will only use your information for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed by you and adding you to our email list to advise you of future introductions, special offers etc.

On placing an order, you will be added to our email list, though should you not wish to receive mailings, please contact us and your name will be removed.
