What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it within 14 days. Please email with “RETURN” and give details and wait for a confirmation email. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item (a fee may apply). After receiving the product we will give you a full refund on the product. We require you to pay for the postage.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Can I cancel my bespoke order?

All bespoke items require a deposit. If you have already paid a deposit, you can cancel your order but the deposit is none refundable.
