COLLECTION

WHAT IS YOUR COLLECTION?

Ammonoidea is an Ode to a lost species.

I have created 3 pendants and 1 pair of earrings using Ammonites.

Ammonoids were creatures that became extinct 66 million years ago when an asteroid wiped out/altered their environment and made it impossible for them to survive.

Each piece is named after a different species of Ammonoid; Amorina, Decipia, Accardia and Oppelia.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO DO THIS FOR YOUR COLLECTION?

I find it really interesting that we still see their imprint all these years later. Where do you see yourself in 66 million years?
